Hurdle Printer Camacho-Quinn Second Olympic Champion from Puerto Rico

Hurden Printer Jasmine Camacho-Quinn has won the second Olympic gold medal in the history of Puerto Ricos and the first for the Caribbean island in athletics.

Five years after the Olympic Gift of Tennispieleron Monica Puig in Rio, the 24-year-old in the final of Tokyo over 100 m hurdles in 12.37 seconds in front of world recorder Kendra Harrison from the USA (12.52). Bronze went to Megan Tapper (Jamaica / 12,56).

Camacho-Quinn, who had never won a medal in a great championship, was a semi-final in 12.26 seconds to an Olympic record and had missed Harrison's world'sgest stock only by six hundredths.
